What's the best time to call someone in a different time zone?
The best time is one that falls inside both people’s comfortable hours — not just "technically daytime" for both. Set each person’s mode to Work or Personal above, and every candidate hour gets a Comfort Score (Excellent, Good, or Poor) so you can see at a glance which times are genuinely convenient rather than merely possible.
How is this different from a plain time zone converter?
